From 24. – 27. September 2026 the 2nd peatland congress ‘MooreMotion’ takes place in Greifswald on the Baltic Sea coast! The Peatland Congress is aimed at all students, apprentices and young people from 18-35 years who are interested in the topic of peatlands. HiWi (m/f/d) for labwork support working with Lepidoptera specimen
The departement for Forest nature conservation is offering a HiWi position to assist with lab work for an ongoing PhD project within the international research training group TreeDì. You will gain experience in curation techniques of insects useful for permanent preservation of museum specimens and learn basics of moth identification. You can start as soon as possible. Feldforschung im Rahmen einer Bachelor-/Masterarbeit auf der Insel Föhr
Das Michael-Otto-Institut im NABU in Schleswig-Holstein sucht für die Feldsaison 2026 Studierende für die Feldforschung zur Uferschnepfe, in der Regel im Rahmen einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Gelegesuche, dem Uferschnepfen-Monitoring und dem Aufstellen von Kamerafallen zur Untersuchung von Prädatoren in Nestnähe.
