1. Anmelderunde Fachvertiefung im B.Sc. Biologie abgeschlossen

Die erste Anmelderunde der Fachvertiefung im B.Sc. Biologie ist abgeschlossen. Alle Studierenden haben einen Platz in der gewünschten Fachvertiefung erhalten.

Die Modulverantwortlichen werden Sie zeitnah kontaktieren und Ihnen Informationen über das weitere Vorgehen geben.

Denken Sie daran, sich separat für das Literaturseminar (B.Bio.###.L, ab 01.05.2026) und später für das Projektmanagement (B.Bio.190.2) anzumelden.

Für alle Studierende, die sich noch nicht für eine Fachvertiefung angemeldet haben/noch nicht anmelden konnten: die zweite Anmelderunde startet ab dem 01.04.2026. Bitte beachten Sie dazu die zum letzten WiSe angekündigten Änderungen der Anmeldemodalitäten der zweiten Anmelderunde zur Fachvertiefung (Infoveranstaltung zu Fachvertiefung und Bachelorarbeit).

Kostenfreier Eintritt – Jobday@analytica

Auf der diesjährigen analytica bietet die Messe München – in Kooperation mit dem VBIO – jungen Menschen und Stellensuchenden die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen des Jobday@analytica ihre individuelle Karriere zu planen. Dafür steht über den VBIO ein exklusives, kostenloses Ganztagesticket für den 27. From 24. – 27. September 2026 the 2nd peatland congress ‘MooreMotion’ takes place in Greifswald on the Baltic Sea coast! The Peatland Congress is aimed at all students, apprentices and young people from 18-35 years who are interested in the topic of peatlands. Call for applications for Master’s internship and/or thesis: Extracellular vesicles biomarkers in Parkinson’s disease

There are opportunities for Master’s internships and/or thesis in Prof. Brit Mollenhauer’s group of translational biomarker research in Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders, aiming to enable earlier diagnosis, improve differential diagnosis, and better track disease progression. In recent years, a key focus has also been identifying at-risk individuals before clinical manifestation.

Hebrew University Summer Science Internships

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is offering a Summer Science Internship Program for both undergraduate and graduate students.

This summer internship program offers senior undergraduate or graduate students the opportunity to gain in-depth research experience in a wide variety of scientific fields. As a participant in the program, you will work in state-of-the-art laboratories under the guidance of internationally respected Hebrew University scientists.

Application for a PROMOS scholarship

Are you starting a study-related stay abroad (not as part of ERASMUS+) between 1 July and the end of 2026? Then you have the opportunity to apply for a PROMOS scholarship from 1 February to 31 March 2026.

Eligible measures are

  • Study visits by students (1 – 6 months funding duration, no funding for stays in Erasmus+ programme countries; stays in the United Kingdom can be funded)
  • Stays abroad by students to complete their final thesis (1 – 6 months funding duration)
  • Internships for students (4 weeks to 6 months funding duration; no funding for stays in Erasmus+ programme countries)
  • Language courses for students and doctoral candidates (3 weeks to 6 months funding duration)
  • Specialised courses for students and doctoral candidates (5 days to 6 weeks funding duration)

Science Slammer*innen gesucht

Für den Science Slam am 10. März im Rahmen der Infotage für Studieninteressierte werden noch Slammer*innen gesucht!

Die vergangenen drei Jahre haben eindrucksvoll gezeigt, dass über den Science Slam den Studieninteressierten Forschung und Fächer aller (!) Richtungen attraktiv präsentiert werden können. Bisherige Slammer*innen waren u. a. Master-Studierende, Promovierende und weitere Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen. Wer seine*ihre Forschung das erste Mal auf einer Bühne vorstellen möchte, hat am 20. Februar die Möglichkeit, in einem Workshop wertvolle Tipps aus erster Hand zu erhalten. Interessierte Slammer*innen können sich über das Formular unter www.uni-goettingen.de/scienceslam anmelden.
