The Moyen Bafing Chimpanzee Project (MBCP) has one 9-month Chimpanzee Research Assistant position on offer at our field site in the Moyen-Bafing National Park in northern Guinea, starting in April/May 2024. The MBCP is led by DPZ scientists (Drs. Liran Samuni and Erin Wessling), and is a new wild chimpanzee research site in a remote region of West Africa. We are looking for candidates with some prior field experience in remote settings, and we cover travel and in country costs with an additional small stipend provided.
