Die Hochschulgruppe Society for Great Apes lädt herzlich zum Great Ape Day 2026 ein.
Der Tag widmet sich dem Schutz der Menschenaffen und bietet ein Programm aus Vorträgen, Informationsständen und Austausch mit engagierten Organisationen aus Forschung und Naturschutz. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende, Forschende, Naturschutzinteressierte und alle, die sich für Menschenaffen und ihren Schutz interessieren.
Programm:
- Informationsbasar mit beteiligten Organisationen
- Vorträge von Expert:innen aus Forschung und Naturschutz
- Lesung aus „Die Mutter der Berggorillas“ über Dian Fossey
- Gemeinsamer Ausklang beim Get-together

The event is open to students, researchers, conservation enthusiasts, and anyone interested in great apes and their protection.

- Talks by experts in animal behavior and conservation
- Reading from “Die Mutter der Berggorillas” about Dian Fossey
